Meet daily productivity standards. Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions. Provide services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills. Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on patients in a timely manner.
